Refund Policy

  • If you wish to return any item, it must be in resalable condition and unused, including the original sealed and undamaged packaging.

  • To make a return, print a copy of our returns form.

  • List the items from your order you wish to return.

  • Explain the reason for return the item/items.

  • Goods purchased on our website or by email order, may be returned only after our former written authorization if the item/items in question pass the inspection, hereafter we will let you know as soon as possibleif your return can be refunded or not.

  • In the event that the return received by us proves to be compliant to be refunded, your order will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • We’ll only issue refunds payments after the goods have been returned to us, within 7 days from delivery.

  • Before sending the goods that you’d like to return, make sure to complete the returns form on our website or email it to us (info@comingsoon.co.uk).

  • Once you receive written confirmation that we accepted your return, please insert a printed copy of the same returns form (completed), accompanying the return item/items that you want to send us back.

  • If you receive the wrong item/items, damaged or defective we will refund you or replace the good/goods in question.

  • We will refund the cost of postage charges if the reason for return where due an error on our part, otherwise you’ll need to meet the cost of postage.

  • Meha Automotive Uk doesn’t accepts any responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit.

 

 

When returning products, please note:

  • Goods that have been damaged or modified are excluded from exchange.

  • If the original packaging has been damaged, the value of the packaging may be deducted from your refund.
